All our fees are payable in US funds.
Credit Cards are accepted at most of our homes and we accept personal checks and money orders.Only U.S. credit cards accepted.
If you are paying by check or money order, a deposit of 50% of rental fee is required to reserve a home with the balance paid at least 30 days before arrival.
If you are paying by credit card, it is charged for the full amount of rental at the time of reservation.
Ask us about payment policies if you are staying longer than one month.
Security deposits are paid separately. If paid by check, we will not cash the check unless there is damage. If there is no damage we will return your check within ten days of your departure. If you are paying by credit card we will not charge your card unless there is damage.
Our aim is that you have an unforgettable vacation experience. To be sure that you have no unpleasant experiences with us, we recommend that you read through our policies.

Cancellations
If reservations are cancelled before 30 days of Arrival, we will refund any reservation fees paid minus a $50 processing fee.
If cancellations are made with less than 30 days notice, full rental fee is still required. We will do our best to book the same property for the nights that you reserved. If we are successful we will refund your rental fee to you minus a $50 processing fee.
In the unforeseen situation that the home you reserving becomes unavailable prior to your arrival, you agree to hold harmless Hawaiian Homes Vacation Rentals. In the event that this should happen, we will do our best to book you into another home at no additional charge to you even if it is a more expensive rental.
Cleaning, check ins and departures
We professionally clean each property between bookings. Because of this, check in time is 3:00 PM and check out is by 10:00 AM. Contact us if your plans do not allow for this and we will try to accommodate you if possible. There may be an additional fee required depending on the circumstances.
Trash cans are provided for each property, please keep the lids on tightly. If your stay will be a week or more, you have the option of taking your trash to the dump personally or request additional housekeeping at a nominal cost.
